[evergreen-outreach] tshirt quote

The voting ended yesterday on the tshirt quote.  The documentation one won
but voting was well distributed with all of them liked a significant number
of voters.  We had 96 votes which is quite high based on our historical
participation numbers.

The final scores were:

3.06  You get an ILS! And YOU get an ILS! EVERYBODY GETS AN ILS!
3.59  Every librarian needs their own toolbox.
3.80  MARC is like a can of worms, and each worm is wrapped around another,
smaller can of worms.
3.80  I could talk about search all day. Some days I do.
4.40  There was an epic journey involved, samurai, robots, wizards. You
know how it goes.
4.48  It's not bad data, it's legacy opportunities for improvements.
5.16  You never know what trouble you can get into by reading the
documentation.

I'm inclined to either use some of the others on other merchandise items or
in an on demand store like Zazzle with the recognition that the on demand
stuff will not sell much due to cost.
