[evergreen-outreach] Annual Report proofing copy

Thank you Rogan!

The logo designer was Sam Tribble. I can't remember which library she 
works with.

All, I would like to get the final copy to the printer by the end of the 
day Friday. It will give us plenty of time to get the printing work done 
and have it shipped to Missouri. Please get any feedback to us by the 
end of the day Thursday so that we can get the file to them in a timely 
manner.
