[evergreen-outreach] Press Releases

Is anyone aware of other sources that should be added to that list?  The
library world is fairly small in terms of media so I can't think of
additional ones off hand but in the spirit of brainstorming there might be
some more niche targets that would be appropriate.  This is probably we
should at least throw up for consideration once a year or so.
