[evergreen-outreach] Press Releases

Additional thought.  Generally if a library goes live on Evergreen with the
assistance of a vendor the vendor will issue a press release and I don't
want to dilute messages by duplicating those but if a library goes live on
their own I think a press release from us (with their blessing) would be
appropriate (assuming we know about it).  Have we traditionally written up
post event articles / press releases for things like the Evergreen
conference or hack-a-way?  Grants related to Evergreen would be great to do
releases on.  This is a bit in the past but when we were working with
Google Summer of Code that sort of thing would make for a good release I
think.
