[evergreen-outreach] Conference Tote Bag

I would prefer a bag with the conference logo, but a bag with a generic logo that can be used at other conferences would be more practical and cheaper in the long run.
My $.02

My thought was that it might be something, similar to lanyards, that aren't part of the conference budget and could go from conference to conference or be used for other outreach things. If that was the case, it'd need to be more generic than the conference logo (which, again, I think is awesome and would be great).

That is a good question.
The thing is - I think we have to do it. It's part of the sponsorship contract:
SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS: Sponsor will receive the sponsorship benefits listed in the attached Price Schedule.
So, worst case scenario - I make it a personal donation. I've been meaning to give to the Evergreen Project. That said, I'm making vendor calls regularly, hoping for some generous sponsors. We have a couple of months to go .....

I like the conference logo. Is there money in the budget to purchase these without a sponsor?

I was thinking the conference logo, but I'm open to other possibilities.

That looks like a good choice. Are we thinking about having this year's conference logo imprinted on it? Or something more generically project oriented?

So I think we need to provide one now, even though nobody's picked up that sponsorship yet. The Ally sponsorships (we have six committed now) included a chance for their literature to be included in the tote bag.
Here's one that looks practical with lots of good reviews:
