[evergreen-outreach] transfer of merchandise to Mobius

I got the first shipment of community merchandise transferred to Mobius
yesterday.  This adds onto the goods they took from the conference.  I let
Debroah know it was coming and here is the basic info, copy and pasted from
my email to her:


The count includes
Men's Shirts - Small 9, Medium 12, Large 15, XL 1, XXL 13
Women's Shirts - Small 1, Medium 6, Large 12, XL 10, XXL 4
Hats - 13
