[evergreen-outreach] Outreach Committee meeting tomorrow

Thanks for taking minutes Amy!

Also, for those who were not on the call, we agreed to cancel the July
meeting, since it lands on the 4th. Rather than reschedule for later in the
month, we decided we could skip the month and meet again in August. The
August 1 meeting is in Amy's minutes, but I wanted to call it out
specifically for people who don't read that far. :)
