[evergreen-outreach] Ongoing Meetings

A few quick notes.  A month or two back Kathy asked if we wanted to keep
meetings on the first Wednesday of the month.  No one said otherwise so I'm
planning on keeping them on that schedule.  On the first Monday of each
month I will create the agenda page and send out the reminder for the
meeting and Hangout link.  If anyone wants to start the agenda before that
feel free, just let everyone know.
