[evergreen-outreach] December CotM - Jeff Klapes

I  like it.   The only thing I would change is the placement of this line:
NOBLE has participated in the Evergreen community since before their
go-live in 2012.

It's the lead in that second paragraph and I am really expecting, when I
come to this line, to read more about Jeff and the things he's done, not
NOBLE's contribution.   I would just work it in a little later somehow if
you can without it being disjointed.

Or not.   It's a small thing.   The line was just a little jarring to me.
 Otherwise, it all reads great!
