Hi all,

I've jotted down a few notes from yesterday (full meeting minutes are on
the wiki, BTW).

I also got via Debbie the blessing of the Conference Committee and the list
of scheduled presenters (thank you Debbie!) so I'll work on reaching out to
them & getting an initial sense of who might be interested.

We should probably have a quick meeting of the subcommittee in a couple
weeks to touch base. Want to shoot for the week of the 13th?
