[evergreen-outreach] Virtual Conference: Dates

Hi all,

Based on the Doodle poll, it looks like the dates that work for most people
are either May 26-28 or June 9-11. Poll output can be seen in this tab

of our spreadsheet.

I'm kinda leaning towards June, not only because it gives us two more weeks
prep time, but also because it had more "yes" responses and fewer "if need
be".

I've also noted on the sheet the number of presentations each person has
(both yeses and maybes).

Thoughts?
