[evergreen-outreach] meeting notes from Outreach

Of particular highlight the proposition by Galen to work with LITA was met
with enthusiasm.  A blog post should be low hanging fruit thanks to
Andrea's copious notes and we are prepared to organize the speakers for a
webinar to do another instance of Free Kittens and Beer, hopefully again in
collaboration with Koha community members.  We would prefer to do it as a
non-commercial venture.
