[evergreen-outreach] Draft description for ALA program

I suppose I'm coming from a different perspective in that I'm not so much
thinking of comparing us to newer open source entities but that some of the
enduring anti-open source disinformation is about the
uncertainty associated with it and I think it's worth emphasizing longevity
and reliability in the title, i.e. that this isn't an option for the
cutting edge adopters anymore.
