[evergreen-outreach] interstitial slides

Here is a sample of an adjusted one for feedback.  My eyes didn't have an
issue with the contrast of the previous one but I think this will address
that.  I don't personally like the bright green but it needs a bright color
and something that will distinguish names from sessions.  I don't think the
green is bad, it's kinda growing on me ....
