[evergreen-outreach] Wednesday Videos

Track 1 & 2 are uploaded to Youtube.  The descriptions of each have a link
to a PDF on the website of the full transcript for that session.  A
playlist called Conference 2020 is there for those who want it.  I have not
loaded closed captions yet though that is on the to-do list.  I need to
review the files first though and then work on the syncing but I thought
I'd go ahead and upload the videos with transcripts for those who find
those useful.
