[evergreen-outreach] Wiki page for IG leader resources and procedures

Hi Stephanie,
Great idea!

When thinking about how to answer, it occurs to me that we may need to ask
for an official response from TEP Board for some of this.

For now, here is what i know/think/maybe imagined:

*Zoom*

*YouTube*
Also potentially TEP Board project to work on general governance of
existing YouTube Channel. Currently, only a few people have access -
including Rogan - but it is not managed by a central EG project entity.
Discussions are ongoing.

*Google Groups*
Two thoughts:
(1) Are we tracking how many IGs are using Google Groups vs the older List
subscriptions?
I could work on adding this kind of note to the list of IGs I keep - and
share with Outreach next week.

(2) Are the various existing Google Groups (for other non-IG purposes)
listed somewhere? Should they be if they are closed groups?

*Community Calendar*
There is a new evergreen-ils.org Google Group for calendar admins that
consists of Galen Charlton and Jason Boyer. There is a pending request for
at least one non-Equinox person from Outreach to volunteer as an admin.
This group is more about managing sharing and access to the calendar, not
about managing events
