[evergreen-outreach] Zoom meeting recordings storage limit

Hi,

I just got a notification that TEP's Zoom account is at 85% of its 5G
storage allocation for cloud recording storage. Consequently, we should
figure out a workflow for moving what we want to retain to YouTube or other
platforms.

The current list of recordings on Zoom is:

CCing Tiffany to confirm whether or not all of the Acq IG recordings are
already on YouTube; if so, I'd like to delete the Zoom records to buy us
some time.

As a side note, I wrote to Dan Scott asking for YouTube access a while back
but haven't heard back yet.
