[evergreen-outreach] Zoom meeting recordings storage limit

Sure thing! I'm not sure who else has Youtube access (and I'm not able to
grant it with my perms, I looked), but until the more folks have access I'm
happy to upload anything that needs it. It's pretty low effort, so I don't
mind.
