[evergreen-outreach] Zoom meeting recordings storage limit

Hi Tiffany,

Thanks for taking care of this. I think we're in good shape as far as the
AIG is concerned, and the overall matter is now less urgent (not, to be
clear, that it was drop-everything-now urgent to begin with).

Since a good chunk of the remainder are TEP board meeting recordings, I'll
bring up the question of moving those recordings during the board meeting
today.
