Thanks Rogan and Ruth! I'm working on an email now.

Yes, the turnaround time is tight, but I also recall that we can edit the
actual content of the program. As it turns out, the a/v decision even comes
later in the process. We really just need to come up with a general idea of
what we're doing at this point.
