[evergreen-outreach] support vendors

BC’s stuff about Evergreen is under Support > Sitka. There’s quite a bit in
the Evergreen support manual. It could be a little clearer, but it’s there.

Emerald lists Evergreen under Libraries in their Industries Served page,
but none of the organizations there have links.

Catalyte has nothing, and Google does not find the word “evergreen"
anywhere on their site.
