[evergreen-outreach] support vendors

Hi,

I received an email from somebody at Catalyte in January 2023 (I
apparently was on some old contact list) who told me the company wasn't
doing work with Evergreen anymore. It's probably worth reaching out to them
in case he was misinformed, but I haven't heard they're doing work for
anyone.
