Hi Lisa,

First, welcome to Evergreen!

Second, yes.  It will vary a bit based on whether you're talking about a
MARC record or a copy record (I'm assuming you mean one of the two) but
there is a last editor field that will connect to user records (including
staff) and an edit timestamp.  You can use those together to do that.
