[Evergreen-reports] Relative Dates and Recurring Reports

I had to duck out of the Interest Group meeting early but thanks to
everyone who contributed to the conversation. I learned a lot!

Does anyone know a good way to get a recurring monthly report that accounts
for the different number of days per month?

Every way I've attempted to set it up with a relative date filter, the
closest I've been able to get still has an uneditable unit of "X day/s ago"
which won't work for a recurring report because months have different
numbers of days. Someone surely has had this problem and it's fixed
already, right?
