[Evergreen-reports] Relative Dates and Recurring Reports

Hi Kyle,

I'm pretty new to this, but here's what I've done: I edit the template so
that the date transform is year+month. That way, all days in a month are
included, and the relative filter is for X Number of months ago, instead of
days.

I also noticed that there's a transform for Months Ago, but I haven't tried
that yet, and there may be other ideas.

Good luck!
Allison
