[Evergreen-reports] Relative Dates and Recurring Reports

Are you using an "Equals" operator with the year+month transform? I had my
template set up as a "Between" operator with a Date transform for running
one time, but I've been playing with operators and transforms a bit and
maybe I just haven't found the right combination.
