[Evergreen-reports] Item Type (I think)

Hey Rogan,

Thanks for getting back to me and I might be sounding a bit dumb right now but are you saying this is to filter by a specific format? I’m trying to list the items along with the format of each item:

Title
Format
Eve of emancipation
Book
First blood
DVD
Beaufort Gazette
Microfilm
History Talk
Audio

And so on
Thanks and please forgive my ignorance

Hi Stuart,

If the circ mods at that location don't accurately reflect the item type you can use this path:

Item -> Call Number/Volume -> Bib Record -> MVF Attributes

Set a filter to use Attribute = 'search_format' and that will give you the actual search format Evergreen determines from the marc data.

Hi

I am trying to create a report that will give me a list of items in a particular Circ Library filtered by Shelving location etc. I also need to show whether the item is a book, DVD, cd, etc. But for the life of me, I cannot figure out what field to pick.

I am using the Item data source.

Is there anyone that can help please I only have access to the reporter?
