[Evergreen-reports] Item Type (I think)

Hi Stuart,

The example I gave does not filter to a specific format but filters to
formats.  The MVF source looks like this:

Bib ID   |   Attributes   |   Value

The attributes are attributes of the bib which are more than just search
formats.  Off the top of my head they include languages, the marc item
type, media type, icon format, carrier type, and more.  So by saying
attribute = 'search_format' you are just getting those not all the other
stuff.  And you could get multiple rows for an item because an item can
have more than one search format.
