[Evergreen-reports] Filter with multiple criteria?

Good morning all,

Does anyone have a creative way to create a filter of "does not contain"
with multiple values?

Basically I'm trying to find bib records where the tcn_value does not
contain ocm,ocn,on for OCLC records. I'm looking for our Acq records
(roughly anything that doesn't have an OCLC prefix) that do have a bib
source of "oclc". I can't do a "does contain %" because acq prefixes vary
so wildly, and sometimes really bad ones don't have a prefix at all.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can accomplish this in the reporter? I
haven't had much luck so far.
