[Evergreen-reports] Filter with multiple criteria?

Hi Tiffany,

I was about to suggest using a transform of "substring" with an operator of
"not in list," but in testing it I came across this bug:

Another thing you could try is the "not between" operator. We have a
template that filters this way by call number, so library staff can find
call numbers that fall outside of a specific range. It was built in XUL but
still works (in 3.6 anyway). You'd have to run two separate reports (not
between ocm and oco, and then not between on and oo) to catch what you're
looking for, but I think it could work.
