[Evergreen-reports] Staff member work log queries

Do any of you have any queries you use or have designed to sort of get a sense of the workflow of an Evergreen user? I have a Director that's trying to, shall we say go through a performance improvement process, and is trying to find reports that help her understand the work habits/volume of her employee. I'd be interested in catalog related tasks, like adding/editing/deleting as well as circulation or financial transactions.

As I understand it, the Administration > Local Administration > Work Log just shows the latest activity on a given workstation but doesn't let you see per employee on other machines.
