[Evergreen-reports] Staff member work log queries

Hi Benjamin, it looks like the work log feature is entirely workstation local so there isn't currently a way to do what this director is interested in. I wasn't able to find a bug / discussion related to adding the feature initially, but if I had to guess that's explicitly by design.

I have a Director that’s trying to, shall we say go through a performance improvement process, and is trying to find reports that help her understand the work habits/volume of her employee. I’d be interested in catalog related tasks, like adding/editing/deleting as well as circulation or financial transactions.
