[Evergreen-reports] Count Transform in 3.13

Hi

Just sharing this bug to get some input on it-Angular Reporter Count filter operator does not save some properly for the count transform; https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/2084837.

I know I can't change the importance, but this feels high to me.
