Hi Folks,

I promised to share what I put together for new developers.  I've called it
the Evergreen Starter Kit.  Feel free to comment on the content: suggest
changes, identify inaccuracies, etc.

If you find the format useful, maybe we could replicate it on the website?
 Just a thought.

FYI, I've shared it with the Developers via the Developers List.  So far, no
comments.
