Also and option. I almost like it better. Are Events automatically tied into the drupal calendar? That could be useful. Having a blog entry could be useful for finding information later and in terms of content management, it more or less manages itself. Perhaps we need to do both, and maybe not even have a separate page that links to all the minutes, just have them be in the blog roll?
