Hi, Lori.
I've attached the current Evergreen TM policy for reference. The TM
policy as-written includes guidelines for using the logo, but it doesn't
include all of the provisions listed in the GPLS logo guidelines.
If the EOB wants to update the TM policy to include some or all of the
additional provisions from the GPLS guidelines, let me know. In
particular, I think it's a good idea to list standardized
Pantone/CMYK/RGB values, and to require equitable placement and sizing
of the Logo on documents/sites with other logos present.
However, I don't think that the TM policy should include a default TM
license for download. If parties wish to use the logo in ways outside
the scope of the policy, I'd prefer it if they had to contact us to
discuss their desired usage.
