[Evergreen-web-team] Fwd: Conservancy's Form 990, annual report, and new logo

Hi Galen,

Thanks for the head's up.  I've made adjustments to the current 
Evergreen website footer to remove references of "the" before 
Conservancy.  And then I updated http://evergreen-ils.org/sfc.php to 
reflect the new wording and logo employed by Conservancy.
