[Evergreen-web-team] Simple history plugin

Hi,

Just FYI, yesterday I installed the "Simple History" WordPress plugin.
 This adds a history page under the dashboard menu, from which you can
see a list of recent changes to the website, including post and page
updates and plugin installations.  It's my hope that this will help us
keep track of our work and avoiding stepping on each other's toes.
