Thanks for setting this up.  As an experiment, I've added a fourth tab
to it called "blue sky", which is for ideas and projects proposed for
discussion.  The difference between "blue sky" and "new" is that
something in the "new" tab has been accepted as a good idea, but
hasn't been started yet.
