[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Discussion on bulk loan procedures/options/suggestions to outreach "patrons"

(note: I made this a separate message in an attempt to not intertwine
my personal opinion with the facts/goals of the discussion)

One method I have thought of that may accomplish the goals is to limit
the results and split it among different pages. In the PAC (for
example), searches resulting in numerous items will be split among
different pages w/, say, 25 items per page.

This may be an option to include for screens in the patron record,
such as fines and items out. Branches can choose a "Max results",
such as 75 (branch level so that Internet/WAN connection isn't
saturated by an individual user opting for 1,000 results). More
results would require a user to click on "next", "previous", etc.

Even if something else is figured out for outreach bulk loans, a
feature like this should probably exist, as almost surely somebody
will end up with a patron record with 250 fines or something like
that.

Any other ideas?
