[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Gentoo note

I try to install Evergreen on Gentoo. Following instructions on wiki I 
found out, that the file /etc/conf.d/apache2 should look rather:

KEEPENV="PATH PERL5LIB"
export PERL5LIB="/openils/lib/perl5"

It is not enough to put PERL5LIB in the root environment. Et least, it 
didn't work for me.

It is a great thing to see such a good library system on GPL. Thank you all!
