[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Tsearch2 error, setup instructions

Bill, I don't think that the statement on the spidermonkey page that 
says you don't need to install the libjs libs is correct.  Or at least 
not on debian.  When I followed the directions SpiderMonkey.so was 
created with a dynamic link to libjs.so, which it cannot find unless 
libjs is copied to a dir in the ldconfig path.  Is there a special way 
to compile it statically?
