[OPEN-ILS-DEV] startup problems

I seem to have hit a wall.  I am at the point of trying to start the
system and I am running into some difficulties.

Here is what i get.

tamarak:/openils/bin$ ./osrf_ctl.sh -d /tmp/ -p
