Another long-forgotten but recently rediscovered cause of Apache
segfaults is the inclusion of both mod_php and mod_perl.  It seems
that mod_php and mod_perl don't play well together.  Disabling mod_php
(Evergreen uses mod_perl), if it's currently enabled, may take care of
this.
