[OPEN-ILS-DEV] 2 questions on configs

Hi Don,

It works when I loaded the rewrite_mod.so. Thanks. The thing is just as I 
mentioned in the previous message, another error accurs:
Invalid command 'ExpiresByType', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module 
not included in the server configuration

If possible, could you give a list that which modules should be loaded for 
the sample files: evergreen_vhost.conf and evergreen_vhost_ssl.conf so that 
I can load them all and pass this step?
