[OPEN-ILS-DEV] 2 questions on configs

Hi Grace:

I don't have access to a configuration at the moment.  One of the
fella's internal should upload a sample config to the wiki...

ExpiresByType is part of mod_expires.

Let me know if/when you run across other issues.
