[OPEN-ILS-DEV] libdbi update

We're testing the latest libdbi CVS code on our test machines.   The latest
updates make installation a /lot/ easier.

I've updated the libdbi install instructions on the wiki:

http://open-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=libdbi

After a round of testing, the libdbi folks will hopefully be cutting a new
release with this code.
