[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Install 1.2 rc2, can not Finalize the OPAC

Hi, All

I checked the osrfsys.log file when start Start OpenILS: sudo -u opensrf
/openils/bin/osrf_ctl.sh -c /openils/conf/opensrf_core.xml -a start_all

found some errors:
