I'll be on the beach for the next week (June 2 - June 10-ish), so I'm
apologizing ahead of time if patches start piling up.  Which brings me
to another point I should get out there ...

We haven't had an "official" patch wrangler up to this point, mostly
because it wasn't needed.  Now it would be a good idea, I think, for
the blame map to point somewhere.  For the foreseeable future it will
point to me, as I have now offered myself up as a sacrifice to the
patch gods.  Feel free to poke me in the eye with a sharp stick should
you see me falling down on the job of initial patch review, triage,
and inclusion.

If something big comes up, please bug Bill.
