[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Subversion Migrated

 OK.  We've migrated!

svn://svn.open-ils.org/ILS and svn://svn.open-ils.org/OpenSRF are open for
business.

Trac is re-synced and living at http://svn.open-ils.org/

The documentation at http://open-ils.org/cvs.html has been updated to
reflect the new repositories.

There will be some speed bumps along the way as OpenSRF is fully removed
from the ILS repository, but we'll try to get those out of the way as
quickly as possible.
